Mark D. Kilcawley

Chief Executive Officer, MBA

Mark KilcawleyMark Kilcawley has over 30 years of experience working within the public and private sectors. He has worked for Fortune 200 companies such as IBM, Eastman Kodak, Smith Barney and KPMG in the areas of manufacturing, operations and financial services. For the past 20 years, he has provided contracting support services to the federal government and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies for accounting execution, financial analysis and reporting, financial management training, business process improvement (BPI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) design, implementation and sustainment.

In June 2001 Mark started EBI Management Group, a company committed to leveraging the best business ideas and practices learned from some of the most highly respected and awarded companies in industry. He understood that successful companies were operated with a business intelligence (BI) infrastructure that supported mission execution. He started the company to help government agencies improve their Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) infrastructure by reviewing the tools and processes that support mission delivery, identifying process fail points and inefficiencies, and implementing scalable process improvements.

Mark holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of West Florida and undergraduate degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. He received numerous technical and field service accreditations while serving in the United States Navy and working for IBM and Eastman Kodak.

Travis S. Goins

President, PMP

Travis GoinsTravis Goins has over 25 years of experience working within the federal government marketplace as a military officer and professional services contractor. His experience includes working with public and private sector CIO’s and CFO’s to oversee and deliver capital intensive enterprise-level Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and complex information technology (IT) systems. Travis is experienced in working with industry standard ERP applications and complimentary software tools such as SAP, Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, MS Dynamics, Deltek, Costpoint, Maximo, ServiceCEO and Penta.

Over the years, Travis has developed an extensive network of industry clients and teaming partners that together have worked to successfully deliver contract requirements. He understands the federal marketplace business development cycle and is experienced in all aspects of the government contact bidding and award processes. Travis has helped large and small companies identify and qualify for key federal certifications and accreditations that established critical competitive advantages through contract set-asides and strategic teaming agreements.

Travis holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree (BSCE) from Virginia Tech. He has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2001 and holds numerous IT certifications, including ITIL v3 and Agile Scrum-Master.

Paul E. Sessions

Chief Information Officer

Paul SessionsPaul Sessions has over 20 years of experience working within the federal government marketplace as a technical services contractor. Since 1995 Paul has supported DoD agencies and worked with industry partners to transform and modernize government accounting and financial systems. He recognized the importance of integrating business processes and information systems to maximize an organization’s output. He has used his financial experience and passion for technology to work with government clients helping to deliver scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Paul attended Auburn University on a Navy ROTC scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He attended Navy Supply Corps School and served at military postings in the United States and Europe. Paul has been a MS Certified Solutions Developer since 1999 and has extensive experience working with industry software tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, IBM Cognos and SharePoint software to deliver planned and ad hoc client solutions.
